I have been a loyal customer for Ghost Armor for years. I recently ordered a screen protector for my new phone and found it was defective this time after application.

Contacted Customer Service, they sent me a replacement. When I received the replacement, I noticed they sent me the wrong one. Contacting them, frustrated, didn’t even receive an apology. I now have to pay for return shipping and return of my original screen protector.

They don’t answer their direct phone line and they now aren’t responding to any of my emails. Don’t ever buy from here again.

Will be telling friends and family not to buy from here either. I highly doubt I will be getting my money back either.
